The Northern Ireland Executive has published an updated Racial Equality Indicators Dashboard, providing information on progress towards achieving greater equality for minority ethnic communities. The dashboard examines four important areas: equality in public service provision, recognition of cultural diversity, participation and representation, and efforts to eliminate racism and hate crime. Covering the period 2014–2025, the indicators provide a basis for assessing whether government policies have delivered meaningful improvements. For minority ethnic organisations, researchers and policymakers, the information offers an opportunity to examine progress, identify persistent inequalities and strengthen calls for evidence-based policies that improve outcomes for diverse communities across Northern Ireland.
